Our programs are fixed on a distinctive approach to youth, professional, and family development. This approach empowers each group to awaken their one of a kind purpose and potential, to live out that purpose, and to do it confidently.
How do we do this?
Peer group meetings, one-on-one mentoring, organizational and school support, family workshops, hands on implementation support meetings, trusting relationships and other tools to help support all participants as they seek and discover their own personal path to success.
Leaders In Training Program
Aiming to unlock the leadership potential in all youth, this program offers SEL counseling, mentorship, Health/ Wellness, and college/ career exploration. This is done through twice weekly group meetings, one on one check-ins, academic, and emotional progress tracking. Each participant will grow in their understanding of SEL, how to use SEL competencies to achieve success, and how to positively impact their community through leadership.
Guiding SEL Training Programs (A & B)
Take a deeper dive into practical applications of SEL with this training program. Professionals will learn and engage with proven SEL strategies that can be integrated to support emotional and social growth.
Program A is designed to help professionals change, impact, or establish a thriving SEL culture in their community.
Program B is designed to help professionals change, impact, or establish SEL principles that can be integrated into curriculum.
Family Support Program
This program is designed to help families of youth understand and implement SEL principles at home. The program offers a series of engaging workshops that cover major areas of SEL which specifically increase families communication, collaboration, and unity. Workshops not offered can be created based on the needs of the demographic.
